Standard post is available for $11.95, and Express Post is available for $14.95 within AUSTRALIA ONLY.Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally at this stage. Postage prices are calculated based on current Australia Post shipping costs.
FREE standard shipping is available on all Australian orders over $120.
All items are posted with Australia Post and can be tracked with the tracking details you receive in your dispatch email.
If your order is returned to Maple and Belle, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. If a delivery attempt is made and the shipping carrier is unable to reach youβor you do not respond to their emails or messagesβMaple and Belle cannot offer a refund or replacement for these items. Please keep an eye on your tracking information and ensure that all contact details provided at checkout are correct. Unclaimed packages are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the postal service (Australia Post). If a refund is issued, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total. Personalised items are not eligible for refunds; however, Maple and Belle may choose to replace them at their own discretion.
We kindly ask that you inspect your parcel upon arrival. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will be unable to assist any further once the 14 days has past.

Australia: Standard Australia Post 3-6 business days after processing time.
New Zealand: EstimatedΒ 4-10 business days after processing time.
USA, UK, CANADA (Standard Post) - Estimated 6 - 11 Business Days, after processing time.
