Purchased this product for a thank you to our midwife, the item itself is absolutely beautiful, how it was packaged and sent was disappointing, the box it came in was ruined by the postal drivers I’m guessing. Would of been nice to have it in a nice gift box then the postal package.

I am so sorry - it does certainly sound like the postal service had been quite rough with your parcel sadly, which I unfortunately cannot control once it is in transit and out of my hands. A gift box sounds lovely!
